Returns

Electronix Discounters offers a 14-day return policy on all items (please refer to Return Policy below) provided the following guidelines are followed:

All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging unopened with manufacturers seal (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
All refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and a new purchase order is required for reshipment and charges will include freight and handling charges.
Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of 15% (1 to 45 days), and 20% (46 to 90 days).
No returns or credit requests accepted after 90 days of invoice/ship date.
Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new purchase order number and will include freight and handling charges.
Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no longer return your product.
If you are ineligible for an RMA, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.
Please allow up to fourteen days from shipment for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on shipper selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of Electronix Discounters, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase (or, if possible, through the original payment method such as PayPal or Google Checkout). Defective products may only be returned within 14 days of the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product).

Oversized Televisions

Oversize televisions (27 inches and larger) may not be returned at all. Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your oversize television.
You must carefully inspect the box your TV comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery. The shipper will remove the oversize TV and we will credit your order.
Do not sign the shipper's release form unless you have inspected the TV. Your acceptance of the TV constitutes your acceptance of the condition of the TV as delivered, and you understand that you cannot return the TV.
After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.

Return Merchandise Authorization Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from Electronix Discounters Customer Service department using admin@electronixdiscounters.com. Please submit your full name, address, phone number, order number and detailed item description when applying for a RMA #.
Freight on merchandise being returned to Electronix Discounters is to be prepaid (Electronix Discounters does not pay for the return shipping).
Defective merchandise including original freight and handling fee will be credited upon receipt of merchandise at Electronix Discounters.
Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer’s box, INSIDE an outer shipping box, with enclosed documentation and all parts. No returns or credit requests will be accepted after 90 days of the invoice or ship date.
Credit will be issued within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Electronix Discounters.
All returns must reference a Purchase Order Number or Electronix Discounters Order Number for each item returned.
