Shipping

Orders should be processed in 72 hours or less, unless your item is on back order. Backorders will automatically ship when product is available.  They will ship and be calculated on the same terms and in the same manner as the original order, if you do not allow backorders, please inform us by email.  Items will be substituted for discontinued items whenever possible with items of equal or superior quality.  If no substitutions are allowed, please inform us by email.

  Electronix Discounters offers shipment via FedEx, and UPS.

• All shipments are subject to carrier regulations.
• Customer pays all shipping and handling charges on all shipments, including refusals and returns.
• Orders shipped to Alaska , Hawaii , Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico must ship via Air due to carrier regulations. Note that individual carrier service levels may vary depending on destination.  Customers may choose an upgraded service; otherwise Electronics Discounters will select the most economical level.
• We can ship USPS, but only at your request.  Shipments made via US Mail are shipped First Class or Priority, are not insured, and delivery confirmation is only provided for Priority .  If orders ship via USPS, all losses are customer’s sole responsibility.
• Military orders using APO and FPO addresses must be shipped via US Priority Mail.
• Orders are shipped via standard ground service.  All shipping charges are calculated at Residential Delivery rates.  1-day, 2-day, and 3-day UPS/FedEx are available upon request.
• UPS and FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical address.
• Additional carrier surcharges applied after the order has been shipped will be billed to you.
• We require plasma, LCD TV's, projection screens and other large, high-value items be shipped via "Other Method".  Orders shipped this way MUST be inspected for damage PRIOR to the acceptance of the shipment .
